Anybody know of any baby signing courses in Wexford or Wicklow area? Google isn't really showing up anything.

I found the books were as good as a course. It's just a bit of craic really, all babies do the odd sign on their own... waving bye bye, or hands up for pick me up. You can add anything you like in the same way as you create Bye Bye. Just say the word as you do the sign, or stick it in a song... wheels on the bus, monkeys on the bed, there are loads on you tube.. Repeat enough times and that's it.
