Accidentally changed F keys on keyboard, how to change back?

I was able to before press f2 and f3 and it would change the brightness and now i have to press FN + f2 to put the screen brightness down. i must of press something wrong?

This can differ with different brands/models of computer so perhaps if you can provide these details we can assist ?

There's usually a 'Fn' key or a key combo that enables this, tell us the make model and we can help further.
