Healthy Cake Bars

Anyone have any healthy recipes for cake bars/oat bars/oat muffins- something I can give my toddler? Doesnt have to be uber healthy, but enough to assuage the guilt? :)

I personally think anything made at home is good for kids, as you know exactly what your putting in, any receipe i use, i always add a little less sugar or any of the bad stuff. usually find this works.
