Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Is it possible for me to advertise in the local press (of a desired area) that I am looking for a property to buy but would like to deal directly with potential sellers?

    Yes but vast majority wont deal directly out of fear they need an EA to hold their hand or indeed make better price if its good location.
