Sent letter requesting transfer no carried out.

    Hi,

    After talking to your customer service rep I sent a letter requesting fund to be transferred to another account, I also sent a fax copy to the same branch.

    It has been almost a month and the funds still have not been transferred.

    We are very sorry to hear that your transfer request has not yet been processed. 

    We would like to investigate this further for you. Can you PM us with your name, contact number and the name of the branch where your account is held. Also please include the name of the branch you were dealing with in case this is different. 

    Just to mention, as we do not have account access here, please do not include your account number.
