Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I forgot my apple ID password and the password for the email connected to it. Anyway round this?

    you can use your security questions to reset your appleID password.

    Ideally you should reset your email password. If you can't gain access to your email, if you can reset appleID via security questions, then change your email address and verify it with the new email address.

    if you call Applecare on 1800 92 38 98 they might be able to verify your identity and send a reset email to an email address of your choice
