    What are peoples opinions on Nintendo's new product(s)?

    A lot of punters believe it's a new console - other's think it's a smartphone with the power of the Wii U. We know it can't be a handheld because the new iteration of the DS came out recently. What does the "X" stand for? It is just a placeholder codename? Or does it mean "Nintendo 10" (Their tenth console)? Or Nintendo Crossover (one unifying, harmonised account system)?

    If it's a console....does it need to be as powerful as the PS4 in order to compete? Or will it market a new gimmick as it's selling point? What does NX need to be or do for you to consider purchasing one? Does Nintendo need a change in corporate in order to appeal to a western audience? Is Zelda being held back to release it as a launch title for the NX? When can we expect to see the NX - 2016? 2017? How long does the Wii U have left?

    **I've posted this thread here as opposed to the Nintendo forum as those within the Nintendo forum are already Nintendo consumers. However, the NX will have a greater impact on the industry as a whole which is why I posted it here for everyone to discuss.**
