Summer work in France 2015

Hi I'm in second year at University studying French and Spanish. Hoping to go to France for the summer (May-August) and was wondering if anybody had any advice about what area to go to or what type of work I should look for? I don't really want to be around a lot of English speakers as I need to learn a lot!
