Female anti-sperm antibodies -ttc

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with female anti-sperm antibodies? All I seem to find on forums is the male having these antibodies. I have 80% antibodies and a low amh. My partner has no fertility problems. We have been told that IVF is our only option but I was wondering if anyone else has been down this…

We have been told that IVF is our only option but I was wondering if anyone else has been down this road and has gotten their bfp?
We have tried tsi as I responded well to ovary stimulation and I was hoping to try iui but I am not sure if this will work for us with the antibodies? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Feeling overwhelmed and stressed!
We are both 34 and amh is 3.4
