Can I change £9100 to euro on same day??

    Hi,
        I have sterling that I am looking to change back to Euro £9100 in total. Could you let me know if I can do this at foreign exchange desk in any bank or does it have to be my own branch. Also can this be completed on same day?

    Thanks for contacting us on Boards.

    It would not be possible to exchange this amount at the counter, however if you have a Bank of Ireland account you can lodge the sterling amount to your account.

    This would be subject to the exchange rate on the day and the charges for international payments and foreign exchange are outlined here.
