    Hi,
Am a 31 yo male - fairly unfit, was recommended Pilates anyone know of a good place in galway and preferable one that would not make me feel like an outcast ( not that I would have issues of being in an all 20's yo girl class or anything, more worried about being the only unfit guy and no one to talk to )

I'm an unfit late 40s female looking for clinical pilates. I don't care about people to talk to .. but am looking for it to be run by a physio or similar, not a nice person who's done some weekend courses.

There are plenty of places around town. You can try a few with dropin and see which you like best, which location and cost suits.

Myself, I go on the threadmill and then do various stretches by myself in a corner of the gym. No-one cares about me and I can listen to my own music. Maybe something for you too?

If you want more social interaction then tag rugby or Harriers might be better.
