Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all

    We are looking at getting our house painted and are looking for quotes at the moment and recommendations.

    Details are as follows.

    Location - Saggart, Co Dublin

    Property - Duplex apartment

    Sitting Room
    Kitchen
    Main Bathroom
    1 Ensuite bathroom
    1 under stairs bathroom
    2 bedrooms
    Upstairs landing
    Downstairs landing / hall

    Ceilings, skirtings, banisters and walls painted.

    Roughly how much should it cost (Its a medium sized duplex) and can anyone recommend good quality, trustworthy and fully insured painters.
