RE5 GoldEdition [Untold Stories] on Steamworks

Originally wanted to chat about it on the PC Gaming forum, though given it ties alongside those who've had this RE5 DLC "FOR YEARS" on the consoles, probably better suited here :pac:

After spending two weeks smashing Majini in the Mercs-Reunion, having been one of many who were upset this DLC never hit the PC version back in the RE5 GFWL days, I'm surprised to see few to no people on Boards actually talked much about it since it has migrated to Steamworks. Considered a cash-grab by the more hostile community, I can't deny I've had a blast with it, and it's nice to FINALLY be able to crack out Rebecca/Barry/Josh/Excella for some mercs fun (though a bit ironic my highest score so far is with plain old Business Sheva)

There's a number of bugs (collision glitch and a few others being quite popular) but overall it's not far gone from the original. Did anyone else around here grab it? Thoughts? Cashgrab? Worth it? The campaign DLC's were short but I grabbed it primarily for Mercenaries - I'm one of those people who squeeze endless hours out of the competitive side to it (See RE6 NoMercy). RER2 has also migrated to RE.net but that will suffer a pretty quick death, sadly, so it seems RE5 GE will likely be the only RE Hotspot.

£12? Cheeky buggers. It'll no doubt be on sale at some point. RE5 might never be a classic but it was a heck of a lot of fun. If only my poor laptop could handle it.
