Saturday Fitness Classes in Kilkenny

    Hi Folks

    I'm looking to find what fitness classes are available on a Saturday in Kilkenny for two females.

    So far i have

    Metabollic Training & Kettle Bells in Eurogym

    Shred Training in Ormond hotel

    Anyone know of any other fitness classes for a saturday.

    Nearly all during the week, mainly evenings. Really good ones though.
    I tried the kettlebells one in Eurogym and to be honest I was far from impressed....
