Mechanic Recommendation - Citroen Knowledge Essential

    Folks,

    Could someone recommend me a mechanic in Waterford City or South Kilkenny that would have a decent Citroen knowledge. I know there are plenty of threads on here looking for mechanics but this is a bit more of a specific request. Didn't think I should post it in the motors section as it is region specific.

    My regular mechanic is unavailable at the moment and I need something done.

    The reason I ask for someone with specialised Citroen knowledge is that there is a hydraulic suspension set up on them (that is only on Citroens and very few other cars) and the issue is related to that.

    Cheers for the response but I should have stated that I can't afford the hugely inflated main dealer prices.

    What I need done is a part removed so I can send it to be reconditioned. If I go to the main dealer they will insist on replacing it. The new part is in excess of €1,500 from the main dealer (before any labour) and can be reconditioned with a full warranty for €150.

    Any mechanic worth his weight would be able to help you out regardless of what car it is. Out of curiosity what do you need taken out of the car?
