A friend has asked me to see if I can find a Lego Tower of Orthanc for her husband's birthday. She lives in New Zealand so these things are hard to source and expensive. I've had a quick look on Amazon and it's 200GBP making it not much less than her ordering it online to be delivered to NZ.

Anyone know anywhere it can be sourced for less? My husband is in Copenhagen at the moment so is going to suss it out there but I have a feeling it's going to be the same price everywhere!

    Any suggestions would be welcome

    There €200 on lego.com. http://shop.lego.com/en-IE/The-Tower-of-Orthanc-10237?fromListing=listing

You could also look on bricklink to see if you can find a seller in NZ http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?itemID=119456

Great! 200e is a much better price, especially with free delivery. I'll see if my husband can get it for less in Copenhagen today and if not, that looks like a good spot.

He was in lego world yesterday and almost peed his pants he was so excited about it all. I don't think he has a problem going back at all to check for this Tower thing today :)

I am concerned what he'll come back with! I got sent a lot of pics of things :)

He bought some duplo stuff for our little boy anyway which is nice. He already loves his lego :)
