Looking for a tax consultant. USA IRS affairs, double taxation and Irish operations

    Main objectives
    1. Be totally legit.
    2. avoid double taxation between Ireland and USA
    3. Comply to USA tax law
    4. Comply to current Irish tax law if applicable

    Secondary objectives
    Generate source documentation to decide what and/or where the receiving entity of funds should be should be (Freelance, IRL LTD, USA LLC, or other).

    Recommend you try an accountancy firms with US office association. Your query is way outside the scope of the stuff on here!
