Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Strange iPhone trouble

    For the last 3 days my iPhone 5S (updated to 8.3 today) hasn't worked properly. I can tap an app at the top of the screen and the same one on the bottom row opens. It'll freeze every so often and with each tap, something totally random will happen like the settings open or music starts etc.

    I reset the phone to new and restored my latest backup. No joy. Next thing is reset to new and then see does it happen again with new software. Trouble is its intermittent. Once I saw a feint blue line down the centre right of the screen but it disappeared then.

    It's 4 months out of warranty but it is insured for faults. Should I contact apple or go straight to the insurance company?

    So odd!
