Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hello. was looking for some advice. am looking at a certain house. its about 30 years old. timber frame and has a flat roof, can anyone tell me someone I could get to survey the house and check the condition of it.or let me know what I should do to find out if its worthwhile looking into it further.the location of the house suits me and inside seems ok to my untrained eye but worried about the roof.is it possible to change from a flat roof
    thank you

You might find it difficult to get insurance for a full flat roofed house or at leave it'll be very expensive. Would be worth ringing insurance companies to get quotes before you go any further

Depends on the % of flat roof overall-I think anything more that 30% of roof as flay it may be tricky to get insurance
