Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There are 3 dresses I want to order online.
I don't intend on keeping all 3, more so keeping the one (if any) that suits me best.
Can I return the other 2? Is there a charge for return postage?
It's not very convenient for me to go to a shop to return items.

    Thanks.

I bought shoes from Debenhams before and postage returns were free. Just be sure to get proof of postage as my shoes disappeared en route and then reappeared when I lodged a complaint with An Post.

You can also return to any Debenhams store if you don't want to do postage returns.

Yeah I know that but as I said in original post, it's not very convenient for me to go to a Debenhams shop

Eh grand, obviously didn't spot that in your original post, was reading it on my phone. You could have just ignored it if it wasn't relevant. Was only trying to help
