    Say for example into excel removing the need to have someone input it manually. The data from an instrument analysing data say a heamotology analyser could it be wirelessly sent to a computer and the automatically arranged in microsoft excel without having a human input

    I use the Sysmex at work and have to input a whole A4 page worth of data into excel one after the other day in day out. So is there any software to speed this up

    Depends on what's generating the data can it be output to a csv file or database? Probably questions for whoever supports it but if it can excel can connect to either and import the data to a worksheet removing the need for manual input.

    why would you do that ?

    it has lan & rs232 - stick a box in the middle and make it put the results in useful places
