Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Physio recommendation (north Dublin)

    Hi,

    I have this weird pain on the outside of my thigh (halfway between my knee and hip). I regularly stretch (use the foam roller) and do leg exercises and it's starting to bug me now. I've had a bike fit done as I thought that might be the issue but it still persists. It's a constant dull very localised pain, I can nearly put my finger on the pain point.

    Looking for a physio recommendation, preferably someone with experience in cycling injuries.

    Kathy Kavagh in Body Med on Clontarf road. She does also bike fitting. Lower back has never given me any issues since my bike fit there.
