user manual for payg meter

    is it possible to get a user manual for  the pre pay meter. i had one installed last week but there is no instruction manual on how to use it.

    Hi busybeekk,

    Do you still have the leaflet that came with your Pay As You Go cards? This is the only information we can supply in paper form. Alternatively, you can take a look on our website for our FAQ.

    If you wish for us to send you a new leaflet, we would also need to send you new cards. These would not affect your current cards in any way but would mean you have spares. In this case, we would require you to send us a private message with your name, account number, address and telephone number or date of birth. You would also need to confirm that you are the account holder.
