just saw this somewhere else yesterday as well. Friday evening race, nice way to end the week

what's the course like? read the description, doesn't sound like a time chasing course?

Probably not a PB course as it's a bit hilly, but nothing ridiculous. There's a bit of a cheeky hill in the last mile, so keep a bit in the tank. Other than that it's a nice course.

It's a great way to finish a week. Nice friendly race with as many home made sandwiches you can eat at the end.

Its not the flattest race but to be fair it is on par with most races around.

There is one nice little hill at the end to rout out the unworthy :)

Great race and always a good crew at it. BMOH still run one of the best events around. Looking forward to it already

Some interesting verbal gymnastics in the posts above :)

"Nice little hill" and "a bit of a cheeky hill" :pac::pac::pac:

There is about a mile of very fast downhill leading into it though (iirc) so no need for whinging about a climb.

Looking forward to this as well...have been injured/unavailable for it the last couple of years but not in half bad shape (so far) this year

Well done BMOH on another great event. Conditions were great and seemed to be a lot of PBs around.
Great feed after. First time I've got chicken curry and rice after a run! Mighty stuff.
