Was on the phone to UPC and they say there is no problem in waterford city

So just wondering if anyone on boards has been having the same problem

Mine is ok, but i have noticed in the past few weeks that youtube is loading really slow on UPC.... when i use my phone as a router its flying but on UPC is actually unbearable, i have a 200mb line and a 1 minute video even has trouble loading... do UPC throttle sites like youtube?

    Hi Folks,

We had a number of areas in the city affected by service faults yesterday but the majority of these should be back up and running now; apologies for the inconvenience caused.

If you're still seeing any service issues just pop your account details in here to check for an active area fault: http://www.upc.ie/customer-support/service-status/

If there's none listed just PM UPC: Reps with your acc info and we can investigate for you.

    Thanks.
