Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, just looking for some information if anyone has any.
I currently have a harding road bike (built in cork late 80's), I'm thinking of selling the bike and upgrading to something newer.
the bike itself is in perfect running order does about 60-70 km per week. It was upgraded a few years back with shimano soro gear system from the lever type.
it's dual cog 52/34 and 8 speed gearset, is it worth selling??? And if so what should I look for as I can't find anything on any site about this type of bike.

    Cheers jason.

If it's a decent tubeset and in good nick then it sounds like a very nice bike. So you might get 200 for it.

But why sell a classy 80s machine? You'll have to spend big bucks to get something as nice from the modern era.

But if it's really nice and 58-60cm forget all that and send me a pm ;)

Yeah I'd it's a bit big for me at the moment and I got sized on a 56 frame so I'd say it's a 58.
I'll stick a couple of photos up later.
