The Forum Requests forum is where you go for feedback on such matters.

If you are not actually looking for such a forum to be created - well, this is pointless then. It certainly not site feedback.

Not really feedback, as The Hill Billy has suggested if you change your mind and want to suggest a new forum you can do that in Forum Requests.
