Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

problem cancelling an item from an order

    I preordered two apple watches. I used a guest account when I did it, so the order is not associated with any apple ID. I am now trying to cancel one of the watches from the order. I can view the order by going to the tracking page and putting in the order number and email address. There are two Cancel Item buttons next to the watches. I click on the one I want to cancel, and I'm redirected to a page asking me to log in with my Apple ID. There's no Apple ID associated with the order so I'm stuck.

    Am I doing something wrong or do I need to phone them?

    Probably best to phone them. Or sell the other one for profit...
