Seriously it is getting ridiculous how often their internet and phone services are down. They have been down for the last hour and no indication of how long it's going to last.

According to twitter:

"Apologies all, we're currently experiencing issues with our Online & Telephone Banking Service, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause"

That was 60 mins ago. Same as last week.

I'm a daily user and I haven't noticed much downtime? (It is down now tho)
