Hi all,

Have been mortgage approved and thinking of buying in Crumlin. (Need somewhere close to town but with easy transport links to Tallaght) Crumlin is within budget.

We have a one year old so obviously schools and peers is a concern. I've been told to avoid certain areas but no specifics given. Can anyone shed some light on this? Which roads should we take off the list?

I know it really depends on neighbours and we will do our research if we find a suitable property but just want a heads up!

Ps, I've read through a few of the threads on Crumlin but none seem to say which roads it is that would be less than desirable!
