tender for new build

    Right so planning permission sorted and expecting mortgage approval in the coming weeks. We have certified assessor lined up. Next step is a tender to builders. Meeting architect in a few weeks to to start tender process. What preparatory work can i get done? Anyone been through this process? Thanks

    Start at ground level and decide ever material you want in your build. That'll be enough prep

    research research research all of your options, all of your finishes, all of your wants and all of your don't wants.......... then put a line through anything that means you cant afford it........
