Anyone any idea what a ball park cost of a 32 x 20 m portal frame unit with double skinned insulated cladding with infill blockwork? usually transluent panels to rrof with a few windows and doors.

just trying to get an idea for a new indoor training area for a local club.

syd, I have just completed one in dublin recently and completed cost of building worked out at €867/m2 for a shell and core finish with nothing too fancy. Groundworks was the biggest cost as we did not have great bearing.

thanks kkelliher, we've gotten a very rough price of about €520/m2 for the most basic of basic (reg compliant ;) ) shell and finish.

its really for grant funding at this stage so im sure it will chop and change lots of times yet
