Howdy. I bought an Epson SX515W wireless printer a couple of years ago but never used it. I finally set it up today but the pages are coming out with white horizontal lines through them. It is only printing part of the documents. Could this be an ink issue? It says there is black and colour ink in it and it's never been…

That sounds like ink problem ,you could try to run a cleaning cycle and that might help ,if a printer is left unused for a while the ink can clog the print head and cause banding ie the white lines.
