Only 8 teams in playoff history have come back from 3-1 down, stat just flashed up now.

It's not that easy to do clearly. The back to back NBA titles hasn't been done that much as well.

LA look all over the place.

This is my opinion but if la lose this game it will have a huge impact physiologically of the clippers. Down through the years they have won **** all and LA was always a laker town and until the clippers win something that won't change. It will reinforce the image of the clippers not being good enough.

Clippers will be happy to only be down 10 at the half. Game looked to be really getting away from them a few times.

Clippers doing well to close that deficit. Big momentum shift.

Prigioni is having an outstanding game for the Rockets.

Lead out to 17 now and that will likely be that.

Heck of an achievement for the Rockets presuming they reach the conference finals considering they were 3-1 down this series and are missing 2 starters in Patrick Beverley and Donatas Motiejunas, which doesn't seem to have been mentioned near enough.

    Bye bye clippers.

My bracket going "strong" with the Rockets advancing, even though I picked a Cavs/Raps East final :D

Ah FFS! I just got up to watch the game which I thought was on now for some reason.

Big Time Choke from the Clippers in the last 3 games. Just not good enough.

Doesn't help that Doc failed, as Gm, to recruit a better bench. Seems to be only guys, old guys, he once coached, or his son. Surely, it can't be that hard to attract decent players to LA?

Watched a bit of the 2nd half of Clippers-Rockets, result looked rarely in doubt. Pretty crushing blow for the Clippers, who are really built to win now. Looks like a big mistake giving Rivers the GM responsiblity. Seems to be a bit in vogue lately, with Stan van Gundy getting it in Detroit, and I hear reports saying Thibs might want it with a new team. Modern GM is too big a job to do part-time, you need a knowledge of scouting, stats, and a good understanding of the complex cap & contract rules. It's pretty specialised stuff, not something you can expect the average coach to do to a high level.

I think the Clippers failure might be a warning to owners about giving this responsibility in future.

Just watched the Clippers game there.

    Just pure typical.
Can't believe I saw the lads on 'the starters' generally tipping them for game 7 when they had just lost momentum and were playing away.

For me they were only a marginal favourite at 3-2 never mind at 3-3.

Need to get rid of half that team... Just utter trash.

Barnes isn't a championship starter... Not when you've a below par bench.

    Rivers... 11th/12th man

Crawford I've never had time for, just takes muck shots.
Trade him to some team who want to entertain fans during the regular season as his style of play isn't indicative to winning.

JJ can work but you need good penetration to get him good looks.
Would have been a good fit on the Heat team or current Cavs.

Only one quality rebounder, who is too much of a luxury unless they change the hack rule.

I don't think it is much of a stretch to have NY or LA or even both in the top 3. They legitimately sucked this year, and no conspiracy is needed for it to happen.

It will be a steaming pile of dog **** when it happens, but it will be due to sh**ty luck and not Teh Fix.

All I care about tonight is that someone below the Pacers don't get in the top 3, so it bumps the Pacers down. I think at 11 they'll get a very good player.

Also, if you get to 11 and theres not a player you like, it's a great place to be where someone will maybe overpay to move up for someone they fell in love with.

i agree to be honest if either gets the number one its pretty realistic but people will still shout conspiracy . interestingly the nba have invited a lot of members of the media along tonight to show them it is impossible to fix it.

if the lakers drop three spots there pick goes to the 76ers which would likely give the hers three top 11 picks likely freeing up nerlens noel

Someone has to tell the Warriors that they are in the western finals, playing very poorly
