    Hi BOI,

    Is it possible to change the repayment percentage on a credit card with yourselves? If it is possible does it take long to implement?

    Thanks for your post today.

    You can request a change in the repayments by submitting an 'Ask a Question' from your Online Service Desk on BOI365 Online.

    You can also request this by calling Credit Card Services on 0818 251 251 / +353 56 7757747.

    Please note, it takes one full billing cycle for the amendment to take effect.
