"Competition grade"?

    Quick question. I've frequently seen ads where the gun is described as being 'competition grade' or similar.

    What does that mean? What constitutes 'competition grade'? Just today I saw it used in a shop's description of a relatively cheap AK AEG.

    It's generally just a marketing ploy that essentially means it's skirmishable, as in its not one of the cheap nasty aegs ŵith a plastic gearbox and only shoots at .5 J.
