    "Another" is the title of this supremely creepy anime show I'm watching, I put it to a vote last night asking which show I'll watch next, nocs picked this for me.

    It starts off with a character narrating a story. 26 years ago in this highschool, there was this really popular girl who died in an accident, and her entire class was stricken with grief. One student then said "she's not dead!" And pointing to her empty desk saying "she's right there!"

    Soon, other students start claiming she's not dead, then eventually the entire class insist she's not dead, and then even some of the teachers play along. Come graduation, the principal arranges for her to even have a chair at the ceremony. They take a class photo, and when it's developed, off to the side where there should be an empty space, her deathly pale face is smiling.

    Oh that's not actually the plot, it's more of like a story-within-the-story. The main plot is about this transfer student and his new classmates are being rather strange to him and being secretive, there's something he hears them talking about that they're not telling him, it's all very mysterious and I don't quite know what's going on yet. There's a lot of tension building and mystery, it's awesome! So he talks to this one girl that the rest of the class seemingly don't want him to speak to...

    The artwork is absolutely gorgeous, but very creepy. There's a few scenes that take place in this like little art studio that's filled with very. very. creepy. dolls.

    I actually forgot to brush my teeth last night, and I was like NOPE! not walking to the toilet in the middle of the night again! :o The show's been seriously getting under my skin.

    Did I mention creepy. dolls? :eek: because they're damn creepy.
