    If she's an older doggy that's probably just a precaution. Older animals generally take a lot longer to shake off the anaesthetic, so it's probably nothing to worry about.

    Noooo, risk of interference is dramatically increased if it's not all done together.

    What it should be is electronic and then no need for a count at all.

    If it was done electronically I would've spent half the day trying to install Linux on the voting machine. Democracy be damned when there's computers to mess with!
