    They run a LARP called Higher Powers which is basically "everyone's a character in a super hero comic universe" and is quite fun. They were stuck for some people to help them out as NPC's so I said I'd help them out cause it's always good to help the scene out when you can and one of the creators of this game is a regular player in ours too.

    That sounds way cooler than the medieval LARPS. You're going to be an NPC? Bad move they always get killed by the villains.

    I know! The reason I don't play their game all the time is that it usually happens at games conventions and they all start at 9:30-10 on weekend mornings and frak that tbh, I desperately need to sleep till about 12 at the earliest on a weekend! :D

    I've got my character's details and plot goals in an email, I should easily avoid getting killed with this guy, however, on my first and only game with them I was playing a human (as opposed to a parahuman with powers) who was an Islamic Militia general leading a major jihad across Africa and I was assassinated by a Para (had I lasted 2 more rounds of combat, my troops would have arrived to support me or at the very least see me being murdered by this para and it would've likely started an all out war on Paras in that part of the world).
