    I wasn't training as such, but I do walk an awful lot. Giving serious consideration to training up and jogging next year.

    Well you will have time to prepare if that's the route you decide to go with. Not training means it's an even bigger achievement, I hope you or someone else is patting you on the back after that.

    Might try get back to Couch to 5k. I was on week six and hurt my foot about a year ago.

    I did get a bit choked up crossing the finish line because I jogged 2-3 minutes here and there, and I jogged the last stretch. 3 years ago I wouldn't have even dreamed of finishing it at all.
