    Ah, that's to be expected Moz, you'll always have that when you walk into any kitchen (or indeed new situation) for all of your life, so don't think it's something you should feel silly about.

    I am actually not too bad now in fairness :) Just had to remind myself that it's only my first proper day and I am not expected to know everything. I am more excited about it now again!
