Not appearing as a subscriber

I renewed my subscription the other evening and my profile doesn't show me as a subscriber anymore. Do I need to do something else? I still have access to the first class lounge.

You're showing as in the subscribers group. If you mean the user title, you change that by changing your displayed group here:
