    I opened a current account on the 9th of April but I haven't received a card to access the account yet
    How long does it take to receive a card or do I need to go into my local branch.The bank assistant told me I would receive in the post.

    Thanks for your post.

    Once your account is open and a card is ordered it should take no more than 5 - 6 working days by post. 

    If you still haven't received your card please contact BOI Direct on 0818365365 and a colleague will happily investigate this for you.
