Hey,

I will have two rehearsal rooms available for a monthly rent of €450 from 10th May onwards.

The rooms are 22 sq metres floor space and around 9ft in height and acoustically treated. There is a shared space with WIFI,toilets and a kitchenette,couch etc. Parking available. You can share the room with another band no problem and have 24/7 access. No equipment included however a PA can be rented.

Location is fairly central and easily accessed by bus,just off the north strand road by the canal.
