Franking Machines ?

Hi, Im looking for some advice on franking machines i cant see anything online about prices etc.

i send on average 80 parcels a week ranging from €1.95, €4.80 and €8.30 stamps sometimes others but they are my general stamps. its a pain having to go to the post office regularly. i do but the stamps in bulk but its hard when im not sure of the exact price etc and when i run out.

Do you think it would be worth my while getting one and are the benefits worth it.

I had one years ago but I was sending out about 2000 bills a month, and really needed it. They aren't cheap, it was like a lease arrangement. Im not sure 80 parcels a week would justify it. Pitney bowes are the people to talk to

Here's a link from An Post's site. It's a bit ominous they still refer to modems.

They have modems because they only need to connect occasionally, and because they cannot guarantee what networking arrangements a customer might have.

I last used one in a gig four years ago, and I did indeed have to find an analog line in the office and plug it in to top it up.
