Shoulda gone for a classic brit pop band. I don't know who these are and I know all the cool bands.

    Down with contemporaryism.

At the risk of sounding like my Dad, are 'Years and Years' popular?

Lol, there was some competition I heard recently and he was listed as one of the benefits of winning, getting to hear him that is, not shanking.

The great thing about this format is the different areas. Most chat shows only have 2. The interview stage and where the bands or musicians play. Chris moves around too. He's still as energetic as ever.

Did Evans essentially say that he won't be hosting after this and is looking to hand the reigns on to someone else?

Teasers for This is England '90 in the first ad break which will also be great.

To murder men and gie God thanks?
Desist for shame, proceed no further
God won't accept your thanks for murder.

I find it weird that actors and actresses only talk on tv when there's a movie to plug :D

Also one of those few actresses that can act and has an incredible incredible singing voice.

This is reminding me of how brilliant the 1990s were. I miss the good old days, when decades had names. The '00s and the '10s are just so... nondescript. Really hoping things will get back on track in the '20s.

The sad thing is that he could have made a good effort in the 90s, with maybe Simon Young as his foil.

Don't know what Mean Girls is. The rest makes up 40% of my top 5 films to make sure I don't watch before I die.

Gwen Steffani looked amazing in that clip.

I thought the Gallaghers weren't speaking to him since he took the piss out of one of their albums by trying to resuscitate it on the show?

It's funny hearing Robert Daltry sing "Hope I die before I get old".

    Guess that part never happened.

Would love to see that approach to one of those "interviews" Tubbs specialises in with Irish comedians.

"And you had a tough time growing up with your parents?"

    Joke from standup show.

"And tell me, you fly around a lot. How's that for you?"

    Joke from standup show

    etc

    etc

Really enjoyed that. Daltry's voice is in great nick.
