Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all received a letter 2days ago stating I am no longer to pay landlord or estate agent rent.

They PwC have taken over and have given management as ARAMARK property.

Should I be worried as I am now and what's the best way to deal with this shocking news.
Also should I be looking for somewhere else.

Thanks for any help or advice.

First thing you need to do is find out the status of your deposit. You paid it to the landlord, the receiver is unlikely to return it to you unless you get a commitment from them now.

Thanks for the reply yes I will have to get onto EA to see about this.

It seems a very grey area I have read up on it.
