bike frame repair

he guys anyone have any idea if i can get a frame repaired. someone tried to nick it with (im guessing) a lump hammer. the lock held but the frame didnt. now the top tube/crossbar is bend downward and 3/4 sheared at the joint with the seat tube. look like it could be cycled but abit worried anyone know anywhere where they…

Try Seomra Bikes on Facebook if you fancy learning about bike repairs yourself. Workshops every Weds evening, iirc. Or try any bike repair shop - google will find you a local one.

You might need to replace the frame though.
