Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi everyone,

Trying to order shoes off the Debenhams.ie site and it is proving impossible!

When I get to the address section, it asks for a postcode. As we have none, i just put in '0' but it says 'value entered is invalid'

Anyone know a way around this. Please help, I really need to have the order placed by Monday morning.

    Thanks a mil!

Try typing in 4 zeros or type your county in.

Just had this problem myself, tried '1234' and '000' and '0000' and 'none' and then eventually realised there was no little star next to it... it's not a required field! So just leave it blank.

Thanks for the replies. I ended up putting in 'Ireland 0' and it worked. Just hope my order arrives on time now! :-)
