Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The standard average speed and time on the Garmin includes time stopped, so if you turn it on and start recording a few minutes before going for a ride, stop at lights/junctions or stop to have a chat with a mate without pausing it, it's all included in your average.

If you scroll down further you'll see your average moving speed and moving time, which is what Strava uses.

On my garmin it shows 27 average and 1hour 36 moving time when uploaded to Strava its 26.6 average and 1.37 moving time. And we had no stops. I know differences are small and don't really matter but i am curious about why their is differences

I think one also corrects for altitude and snaps to road .
